WLC Spring Family Conference

It’s time to register for our Spring Conference! This year’s conference is once again catered toward families, so mark your calendar and grab your husband, wife, and adult children and join us in the Lafayette area. On Friday, the tentative agenda includes tours of Tabasco Factory, Visitors Center and Country Store, as well as their Jungle Garden. There will also be a dynamic speaker on Saturday. The conference will be at the Doubletree by Hilton Lafayette (1521 W. Pinhook Rd., Lafayette, LA 70503; (337) 235-6111).

Parish or individual is responsible for registration fee (state office will book all rooms and meals). No refunds will be permitted since guarantees are required. Hotel accommodations will be at the Doubletree by Hilton Lafayette (1521 W. Pinhook Rd., Lafayette, LA 70503; (337) 235-6111).

Rates for this conference are $235 (single occupancy) and $170 (double, triple, quadruple occupancy). This fee includes lodging, transportation, tours, and meals. THE REGISTRATION DEADLINE IS FRIDAY, MARCH 2! Registration for this event, and future events, will now be done online. You may register attendees for your parish at https://wlcspringconference18.eventbrite.com. In order to prevent incurring fees, we have listed the event as free. You will notice that single and multiple occupancy costs are listed separately within that section. Therefore, you will not process payment via Eventbrite registration and instead send payment to the State Office, Attn. Megan Gravois, just as it has been done in the past. All checks should be made payable to: Louisiana Farm Bureau Federation and include “WLC Spring Family Conference” in the memo line.
